Shipping policy

All items that are made-to-order (excluding custom costume orders) have up to 3 weeks processing time, including shipping time. You can email KatalystRavewear@gmail.com to get a more accurate estimate of the date your order will be shipped. If you need an item by a certain date, please specify that in your initial order inquiry. You will be notified when your order has shipped with tracking information.
